FROM TRAGEDY
TO TRANSFORMATION

The story behind Life CONsequences

Ethan Fisher speaking

ETHAN FISHER

At 23 years old, Ethan was a college basketball player with his whole life ahead of him. One night, one choice, one decision to drive drunk changed everything.

A DUI vehicular homicide conviction resulted in 10 years in the Department of Corrections plus 5 years parole. During his time in a prison doc bootcamp, taking orders from every branch of the military, Ethan made a promise: he would spend the rest of his life preventing others from making the same mistake.

THE TRANSFORMATION

From Rock Bottom to Academic Excellence

  • 0.000 GPA to earning 2 bachelor degrees and 3 minors in just 2 years
  • MBA with honors from a top business school
  • Currently pursuing Doctorate (DBA) in Executive Coaching
  • Published author with Simon & Schuster (top 0.01%)

22 Years of Impact

  • 22 years sober and committed to prevention
  • 200,000+ students reached through assemblies
  • Keynote Speaker of the Year (APCA college circuit)
  • Certified mental health instructor for suicide prevention
I can't change my past, but I can change their future. Every student I reach, every life I save, is a step toward redemption.

REAL IMPACT: THE COLORADO STORY

In 2018, Ethan spoke at a high school in Colorado. A student struggling with addiction and trauma from abuse heard his message. That student got sober that day.

Six years later, in December 2024, that same student found Ethan at an assembly in Tennessee. He had stayed sober for 6 years and wanted to say thank you. One assembly. One message. One life saved.

STUDENT TESTIMONIALS

Real stories from students whose lives were transformed by one assembly

"

I saw you speak in 2018 when I was a high school student in Colorado. I was struggling with alcoholism and addiction because I had been molested by family members. After hearing your story, I got sober that day. In December 2024, I found you speaking at an assembly in Tennessee. I wanted you to know that I've been sober for 6 years because of your message. You saved my life.

I was going to kill myself. I had the plan, the date, everything ready. But then you came to our school and told your story. You talked about thinking of your mom and all the people who would be affected. I thought about my family, my little sister. I didn't go through with it. Thank you for saving my life without even knowing it.

I was about to drop out of high school. Everything felt too hard, too overwhelming. Then you came and told us your story - how you went from a 0.000 GPA in prison to earning 2 bachelor degrees, 3 minors, an MBA, and now a doctorate. If you can do that, I can finish high school. I'm graduating this year because of you.

This weekend I went to a party. My friend was drunk and wanted to drive home. Before your assembly, I would have just gotten in the car - I've done it dozens of times. But this time, I took his keys and called an Uber. You made me realize that one bad choice could ruin everything. Thank you for making me think twice.

I've been struggling with depression and self-harm for years. I felt completely lost and alone. When you spoke at our school, you talked about hitting rock bottom and finding a way back. You showed me that it's possible to come back from the darkest places. I'm getting help now. I'm not giving up.

I prayed for a sign. I literally asked God to show me something, anything, to help me before I did something I couldn't take back. The next day, you showed up at our school with a story that mirrored my own struggles. That wasn't a coincidence. That was an answer. You saved my life that day.
