Life CONsequences is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping students understand the power of their choices
Life CONsequences exists to help students recognize pressure, blind spots, and real consequences before a decision becomes permanent.
Through assemblies, coaching, and community workshops, LifeCON gives students and the adults around them a direct, age-appropriate conversation about impaired driving, substance use, mental health, accountability, and what comes next.
We believe in stopping problems before they start through education and awareness
We hold ourselves and students accountable to the highest standards of integrity
We believe every person has the power to change their story through better choices

Ethan spent 11 years in state custody after a decision that changed multiple lives. LifeCON exists because he wishes someone had confronted the blind spots, pressure, and consequences in front of him while he was still young enough to choose differently.
I can't change my past, but I can use it to open an honest conversation before a student faces a choice that changes everything.
- Ethan Fisher, Founder
Ethan made a decision that became a daily practice. Every morning, he chooses not to drink. That commitment is part of the perspective he brings into schools.
That single daily choice is what keeps him in front of students. The moment he stops making it, he stops speaking. He stops helping. He stops being the person who walks into a school and changes a life.
Ethan is proud of the daily commitment to sobriety behind his MBA, his book, and his basketball story. Without it, none of the rest exists.
In 2018, Ethan spoke at a high school in Colorado. A student struggling with addiction heard his message and later shared that the conversation mattered.
Six years later, in December 2024, that same student found Ethan at an assembly in Tennessee. He had stayed sober for 6 years and wanted to say thank you. The reflection is shared as personal testimony, not a promise of an outcome.
Real stories from students whose lives were transformed by one assembly
I saw you speak in 2018 when I was a high school student in Colorado. I was struggling with alcoholism and addiction. After hearing your story, I got sober that day. In December 2024, I found you speaking at an assembly in Tennessee. I wanted you to know that I've been sober for 6 years.

I was going to kill myself. I had the plan, the date, everything ready. But then you came to our school and told your story. You talked about thinking of your mom and all the people who would be affected. I thought about my family, my little sister. I didn't go through with it. Thank you for saving my life without even knowing it.

I was failing every class and heading down a bad path. My parents had given up on me. But your assembly made me realize that I was throwing away my future. I went from a 1.2 GPA to a 3.8 GPA. I'm going to college now. I'm going to be the first person in my family to graduate. Thank you for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself.

This weekend I went to a party. My friend was drunk and wanted to drive home. Before your assembly, I would have just gotten in the car - I've done it dozens of times. But this time, I took his keys and called an Uber. You made me realize that one bad choice could ruin everything. Thank you for making me think twice.

I've been struggling with depression and self-harm for years. I felt completely lost and alone. When you spoke at our school, you talked about hitting rock bottom and finding a way back. You showed me that it's possible to come back from the darkest places. I'm getting help now. I'm not giving up.

I prayed for a sign. I literally asked God to show me something, anything, to help me before I did something I couldn't take back. The next day, you showed up at our school with a story that mirrored my own struggles. That wasn't a coincidence. That was an answer. You saved my life that day.

LifeCON is building a roster of speakers whose stories reach every student — not just those who relate to Ethan's journey. Every student deserves to see themselves in someone on that stage.
Ethan Fisher has delivered 750+ assemblies over 13 years. His story reaches students who connect with basketball, addiction, and depression. But some students need a different voice — a female speaker who overcame bullying, a veteran who found purpose, a survivor who looks like them.
A roster of 5–10 speakers, each with a story as powerful as Ethan's. Schools that can't afford $1,500–$7,500 speaker fees get the same life-changing message as the schools that can. Funding makes that possible.
LifeCON is part of the UnDrafted Umbrella — a family of brands united under one mission: transforming lives through powerful stories and authentic connections.
